By the end of the year, the group aims to open a second location for all four brands, i.e., Namak, Alas, Il Sale & Yan in Mumbai.
It sounds like The Ghost Chef is a delivery-only restaurant brand that offers a variety of international cuisines, including Indian, Lebanese, Asian, and Italian. Chef Akhil Multani founded it and operated under Namak and Alas, meaning salt in different languages. The Ghost Chef aims to provide a restaurant-style experience in the comfort of customers’ homes, with all food being cooked fresh and without any premade or pre-prepared products. The company plans to open a second location in Mumbai and add two additional kitchens to its portfolio, serving Asian and Italian cuisine. Customers can order Namak or Alas through Thrive, Swiggy, or Zomato.
