A daily standup meeting is a short meeting held every day in Scrum to synchronize the team’s work and identify any blockers. The msessiontypically lasts no more than 15 minutes. The team members stand up and each answer three questions: What did I do yesterday? What will I do today? Are there any blockers? The goal of the daily standup meeting is to keep the team on track and to identify any problems early on.
