GİB Mobil Ödeme Sistemleri İle İlgili Düzenlemeyi Yayınladı!
Çeşitli isimlerle yayılmaya başlayan mobil ödeme sistemleri ile ilgili düzenleme Gelirler İdaresi Başkanlığı (GİB) tarafından 30.Aralık.2019 günü yayınlandı. Yeni Nesil Ödeme Kaydedici Cihazlar ve Mobil Ödeme Sistemleri arasındaki ayrımı netleştiren, kullanım esaslarını belirleyen düzenleme sektöre hayırlı olsun. İlgili dokümanı bu sayfadan ya da Gelirler İdaresi Başkanlığı sitesinden inceleyebilirsiniz.
Ödeme Kaydedici Cihaz Kullanım Zorunluluğu Kalktı mı ?
Resmi Gazete’ de bugün yayınlanan tebliğ ile e-belge’ lerin tanımı ve kullanım alanları yeniden belirlendi. Genel olarak Ödeme Kaydedici Cihaz (ÖKC) kullanımına bir alternatif olarak yorumlansa dahi iyi okunması gerekiyor. Öncelikle tüm ÖKC üreticilerinin gelecek stratejilerini “yasal zorunlulukların yarattığı fırsatlar” yerine “iyi ve kaliteli ürünlerle oluşacak avantaja” göre yapması gerekiyor. […]
